Eirini Katsouri has been with the firm since its very beginning. With decades of knowledge and experience, Eirini provides invaluable insight in practically every aspect of corporate practice, giving strategic, innovative and practical legal advice on complex and cutting edge transactions. Given her deep knowledge of corporate law, her advice and guidance is often requested by the relevant public authorities regulating societe anonymes. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnering and corporate governance. Eirini’s expertise also covers the areas of land development and constructions, as well legal issues regarding constructions, tourism, and hotels.

She has been counselling the firm’s clients and their boards on complex corporate issues, fiduciary duties, corporate governance and structure, takeover defences, officer and director stock transactions, shareholder initiatives, conflicts of interest, relationships with shareholders and compliance with legislative, regulatory, and listing rule requirements. She has successfully handled numerous corporate and insolvency litigation cases and debt collection procedures. Eirini has also held positions on the boards of several companies and has acted as bankruptcy trustee in high profile bankruptcy procedures.
