Nikolas Linardakis specializes in Unfair Competition and Antitrust law and has handled significant cases involving merger control, alleged antitrust violations of horizontal and vertical agreements and alleged abuse of dominance. He has deep insight into Agency, Distribution & Franchising issues and has been actively involved in the establishment of numerous distribution and franchising networks, negotiating and drafting all relevant agreements. His practice also covers the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with experience ranging from day-to-day corporate issues, corporate governance & fiduciary duties to complex commercial transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Nikolas has extensive experience in representing our corporate clients throughout insolvency, “rehabilitation” and bankruptcy procedures and he provides comprehensive guidance through the out-of-court process of corporate debt restructuring and refinancing. He advises the firm’s clients on legal aspects of the manufacturing, marketing & sale of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and other consumer products, with particular emphasis on commercial policies, pricing, distribution, promotion and advertising. Additionally, he has significant experience in handling all aspects of real estate projects and investments.

His litigation practice includes high stakes corporate and commercial disputes involving, among others, breach of contract, termination of agency and distribution agreements, antitrust, unfair competition and tort.

He is the co-author of the Unfair Competition chapter in the Greek Law Digest.
