The resolution of the many legal issues that arose with the Stock Exchange and Capital Committee at the time in fact constituted the basic framework for the legislation that followed regarding public offerings.

The firm has successfully established, secured all relevant regulatory approvals and provided legal support and advice on all aspects of their operations for a series of portfolio investment companies, leasing companies, factoring companies, brokerage firms, financial consulting firms etc.

It has, in fact, shaped legislation regarding private brokerage firms and the development of this market with the incorporation of the first private companies and the subsequent buy-outs and mergers of major players in recent years.

The firm regularly represents and has acted as legal advisor to listed and non-listed companies across the full spectrum of financial transactions including, but not limited to, sale & leaseback, high yield bonds, convertible bonds, syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition and recapitalization transactions, hostile takeovers, bankruptcies and out of court debt-restructuring, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), loan restructurings etc.
