Stavros Linardakis, the Founder and Managing Partner of Linardakis & Partners, has a long history of acting as key advisor in a series of high profile M&As and has set up and played a pioneering role in a multitude of investment projects and joint ventures, representing both domestic and foreign corporations, participating in many of their Board of Directors.
Given his vast experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, he is renowned for advising and structuring complex business agreements and he has successfully handled multiple significant cross border transactions, particularly in the banking, fooding, pharmaceutical and tourism sectors. He is well known for his specialization and in-depth knowledge of issues involving Competition and Anti-Trust law, having handled many significant cases of merger control and anti-trust issues before the Competition Commission and the competent courts. He has also, on occasions, been called to advise government officials on legislative initiatives and the nomination and formation of the relevant committees dealing with these issues.
Under his leadership, the firm has developed solid relationships with major local and international corporations across a multitude of sectors as well as with prominent entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals, providing systematic advice and reliable and efficient business solutions which fundamentally contribute to their overall strategy and objectives.
