Eirini Xentidi has a solid academic background in the area of civil procedural law and focuses primarily on litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, most frequently involving commercial claims. She has significant experience in all aspects of civil proceedings before the Greek courts, including various debt collection proceedings, payment orders, provisional measures, as well as post-judgment case management, including enforcement. Her caseload includes, among others, high-profile litigation in the gas energy sector.
Eirini provides legal services to the firm’s clients across the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with experience ranging from day-to-day corporate issues to commercial transactions and mergers & acquisitions, in which she has carried out demanding due diligence procedures and drafted complex shareholders agreements. Eirini also handles all legal issues related to renewable energy sources, from the incorporation of new entities and joint ventures to the procedures to be followed for obtaining the necessary licences from the Regulatory Authority for Energy. Her practice also covers labor and corporate employment matters and disputes, including, among others, structuring of employment contracts and regulatory issues (health and safety at work etc).
From a sectoral perspective, her main focus is on market regulation of energy, pharmaceuticals and healthcare products and she regularly advises clients on complex compliance and regulatory issues, while carrying out all related administrative procedures and litigation.
