Vassilis Vasileiou specializes in corporate law, IP and unfair competition, data protection and pharmaceutical law. He has significant experience in corporate formation and governance matters, financing transactions, recapitalizations and corporate partnering transactions, as well as in a variety of M&A structures. He possesses deep insight of intellectual property and unfair competition issues, trademark and patent protection and enforcement, domain names and copyright law, while he provides comprehensive solutions regarding technology protection and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. He has extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance issues, including data protection, clinical studies, pharmacovigilance etc. His litigation practice includes, among others, the handling of high stakes corporate and commercial disputes, IP related litigation and pharmaceutical civil liability cases.

Vassilis was an intern at the European Patent Office in Munich, he has represented the firm as a speaker at conferences on pharmaceutical civil liability matters, he has participated as a speaker on corporate, financing and IP issues in numerous workshops for start-up companies and he is the co-author of the Unfair Competition chapter in the Greek Law Digest.
